Halloween was a great night that went on till the early hours, with at least 100 people turning up. So many dressed up it was really strange not knowing who was behind the masks.

Turkish was about 7ft tall in his Frankenstein boots, hence he kept falling over lol, everyone had a good night lots of grub and the fireworks were fantastic. My only gripe was that no one from the fishery came apart from the Slayers and Bailiffs a real shame as I only done it to get the old Carthagena atmosphere going never mind hey we all had blast.

Well winters nearly here, or at least it should be, we can only hope that its not too severe this year and we can still get the rods out. so we have to make the most of these times now. all in all its been very quiet of late, Brooke lake has completely shut shop for at least three weeks, but I feel things are happening now as one angler had a brace of twenties Saturday night, all the fish on both lakes are really active, so if your out there doing it, you will be the only one who will benefit get your rods.

Unbelievably Billy Lyons on the syndicate lake caught Tango again, it was the same day as last year with only two hours difference that's mad, she went 38.8.

Iv had a nightmare all year with the Charity lake fish, but I will keep at it I'm off back to Norfolk tomorrow for another bash, I drove 100 miles there a couple of weeks ago and found out she had been out the day before, so I turned the car round and drove back home 200 miles for nish. So i went and took it out on a close to home water and landed six 20s, I still have a bone to pick with Charity.
